Eagen, Rachel. Street Bikes. New York: Crabtree, 2007. ISBN: 978-0-7787-3014-9.
The book is about the way bikers (bike riders) ride and stay safe and what they do to their bikes. It also tells about early and current bike riders. It tells you what gear there is like helmets, gloves, pants, jackets, and boots. It describes what rallies are and what 'born to be wild" is. The book was good for learning about early bikes, American bikes, and custom bikes. It also explains the engine and the mechanics. The age I would recommend this book to is 6 and up.
