The ABC's of Animals
Kalman, Bobbie. The ABCs of Animals. New York: Crabtree Publishing, 2008. ISBN: 13:978-0-7787-34109
This book was all about animals. This book gave great details about each animal including their habitats. An example is that a carnivore is an animal that eats other animals. There are lots of pictures and diagrams that show what the author is talking about. Under the pictures there is a statement or the name of the animal. There are questions on the pages too! In this book they explain how the animals take care of their young too. I liked this book and was interested. I love the pictures. They give a lot of details to back up the information. I recommend this to ages 5 and up. Anyone can enjoy this. I also recommend this to children and adults who like animals and like to learn.
