Irvine, Mat and David Jefferis. Return to the Moon. Crabtree Publishing: 2007. ISBN: 9780778731030.
This book is about man traveling to the moon. Starting in the 1960s, man started to develop new discoveries about the moon. On July 20, 1969, the U.S. finally set first steps on the moon. When man returns to the moon, they want to explore it, and live on it for weeks or longer. Man plans to explore more moons of other planets, but for right now, we don't have the equipment for it. Some day, we hope to support life on the moon, but that is a mystery that the future will uncover.
I think this book was very interesting. I learned a little bit more about the moon than I knew. I loved the pictures; they were very cool to look at. I think this book would be very good for 4th grade through 6th grade.
