It also teaches you about all the positions, leagues, and the rules which are also known as penalties. In addition it tells you about the special teams and how many tries, or downs, you have to reach a first down. In my opinion the book was great. Once I started reading it I could not stop. Also, after I was done reading it i wanted to go outside and play football. I would recommend this book for 2nd to 4th grades, and ages 8 to 10.
