This book is informational because it shows you some moves and doesn't overdo it. The book has realistic kinds of pictures because they are photographs of the moves and the culture. The words in the text are easy to read. One thing that makes this martial art different from the rest of the martial arts that require touching each other, is that in Capoeira you don't! I think anyone would like this book.
