This is a great hand-me-down story about a boy, his great-great uncle, and their shared love of airplanes. As the uncle retraces his steps, he tells his nephew how be became a Tuskegee Flyer. With great pictures and simple words, it is a great book for children.
Though this story was rather enjoyable, I would definitely recommend it for the younger ages. With simple words that everyone will understand and wonderful pictures to help tell the tale, this would be a great book to read to children, or even learn to read on.
