There is so much that we don't know about other mammals that live with us on this earth. This book focuses on monkeys. The table of contents and index are full of subjects all about monkeys. The Glossary shows the meanings of important words throughout the book. Some topics are: where monkeys live, what they eat, and about their habitat loss. It was a fun book to read. I never realized how little I knew about monkeys! I would recommend this for a third grader (very easy vocab). I also recommend it to kids who are animal lovers.
