A waterside home is a home located next to a river, lake, canal, ot by the sea. In some places, there are whole cities on the water. People would use the water to get through life. Also, some people even live in boats called house boats. House boats can be big or small. There can also be floating schools. People also go to work on the water. This is all about homes on water.
My opinion about this book is that it was very interesting in some parts. I also learned some stuff about homes on water. It was also pretty boring after reading and reading about homes on water. The pictures were good and colorful. I would recommend this book to about 3rd and 4th grades. Also, my favorite pictures would be the pictures showing the big cities on the water.
