There is a boy in a classroom who dreams about Big Plans! In his dreams he becomes the Mayor, then he is the President because he still has those big plans! The pictures in the book are funny and colorful. My favorite part is when the boy tells Idaho to make space suits out of the latest potato technology! I think kids my age would really enjoy this great book because there are hard words in the story like mynah bird and president.
