This book tells the history of a small town. It shows epic events that occur over the life of the town. This book uses in depth, highly detailed drawings and breaks things open with labels to talk about the particular scene. I loved the detail and the way he uses pictures and labels to teach you about the scene. I would love to go to Whale Port now, it sounds really interesting. I would recommend this book for 4th grade and up.
