Piper

Chichester Clark, Emma. Piper. Eerdman's Books for Young People: 2007. ISBN: 9780802853141. Ages: 1 to 99.

A dog named Piper gets instructions from his mom about how to behave. Those instructions are three simple ones: always obey your master, always look both ways before you cross the street, and always help anyone in danger. So when he gets taken away, his new master wants him to get rid of his rabbits, but he plays with them instead of getting rid of them. His master ties him up without any food. The rabbits didn't forget Piper, they brought him lettuce. Then, he ran away. He is a dog. The artwork was nice. It was nice and simple. The rabbits were nice. I can never draw rabbits and dogs. I recommend this book to anybody who likes fiction, and animals. I loved it!!
