Rosoff, Meg; Blackall, Sophie. Jumpy Jack & Googily. Henry Holt; 2008. ISBN: 9780805080667
Jumpy Jack and Googily is about a monster and a snail. The snail was scared that there was a monster behind the stuff they went by. Then the monster checked behind all of the stuff and there was no monster. Then, the monster was trying to go to bed, but he could not. I think the artwork is kind of like a cartoon and it has dark colors. It has a lot of detail. I think this is a good book. My favorite part is when the snail is scared and he wants the monster to check in the shed for a monster.
