This story is about a girl and her parents growing up. Her Dad lived in Japan and he got a job at a Japanese restaurant then he got sent to a restaurant in New York. At his job he met a woman and they fell in love then they got married. They had a little girl and named her Hiromi. Some photos were black and white, some were colored with all kinds of colors, and the pictures were so pretty I could tell they were a very loving family. I loved this book. I would recommend it to everybody that can read. My favorite part was the end when she said "He knew Akasaka was in good hands --- My hands."
